1. About Sublime Designs

These terms apply to purchases made from Sublime Designs through sublimedesigns.co.za. Our contact address is 194 Wyoming Avenue, Berario, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2195. Email info@sublimedesigns.co.za or telephone 061 011 9154. WhatsApp enquiries may be sent to 071 401 9154.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Fabric colour may vary between screens, lighting conditions and manufacturing batches. Dimensions, composition, finish and performance information should be confirmed before ordering for technical, regulated or safety-critical uses.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in South African rand and are the final listed selling prices. Sublime Designs is not currently VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and we issue confirmation that the order is being processed. We may contact you if stock, colour, quantity, delivery or product information requires confirmation.

5. Fabric sold by the metre

Fabric is supplied in whole-metre quantities from 1 metre unless a product page states otherwise. Cut-to-length, made-to-order and special-order goods may have different change-of-mind return rights where permitted by law. Defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Payment

No online payment gateway is currently active. Stitch is the intended payment provider, subject to final merchant approval, activation and integration testing. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout only after activation. Payment credentials must not be sent by email or entered anywhere other than the approved secure checkout.

7. Delivery and collection

Sublime Designs offers nationwide courier delivery through The Courier Guy at a fixed rate of R130 per order within Gauteng and R200 per order to all other South African provinces, plus free customer collection from 194 Wyoming Avenue, Berario, Johannesburg. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, after confirmation that the order is ready. The applicable courier rate is shown from the delivery province entered at checkout. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

9. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing and enquiries. You may not interfere with website security, misuse forms, submit false information or copy protected content beyond what the law permits.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional and separate from information required to process orders or respond to enquiries.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product suitability remains the customer’s responsibility where the intended use was not disclosed or confirmed, especially for regulated, protective, structural or safety-critical applications.
