4. Payments
No online payment gateway is currently active. Stitch is the intended payment provider, subject to final approval, activation and integration testing. Payment information will be handled through the approved secure checkout after activation. Sublime Designs should not receive or store full card credentials. This policy must be updated if the active payment provider or payment practices change.
5. Analytics and connected services
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website activity and is linked to Google Merchant Center. These services may process device, browser, referral and interaction information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Optional analytics is subject to the website’s consent controls. See our Cookie Policy for further information.
6. Contact forms, email and accounts
Information submitted through the public WPForms contact and quotation form, email, WooCommerce checkout or customer accounts is used to respond, provide requested services, manage orders and maintain relevant records. WPForms Lite does not currently store form entries in the WordPress dashboard; submissions are delivered through email notifications. Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through contact forms or email.
7. Sharing information
We may share necessary information with service providers that help operate the website and fulfil orders, including WordPress and WooCommerce service components, WPForms, the website hosting and email providers, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center, the approved payment provider once activated, The Courier Guy for delivery, and relevant accounting, security or technical-support providers. Information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the service.
8. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside South Africa. The final provider details, relevant safeguards and any required disclosures must be confirmed before the online store launches.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, customer support, fraud prevention and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. The actual retention periods for orders, enquiries, accounts, form submissions, backups and marketing records must be documented before the online store launches.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure. Customers should use strong unique passwords and contact us promptly if they suspect account misuse.
11. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate transaction records.
12. Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for security and site functions and may use optional analytics technologies subject to consent. The Cookie Policy describes the cookies and consent controls currently used.
13. Marketing
Marketing consent is optional and separate from information required to respond to enquiries or process transactions. Transactional messages about an order or requested service are not marketing messages.
14. Complaints and updates
Contact us first using the details above so we can investigate. You may also lodge a POPIA complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator through its official complaints service or by emailing POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za. Current official contact and complaint information is available at inforegulator.org.za. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change.
