Delivery Information
Nationwide courier delivery
Sublime Designs can arrange delivery throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Fixed courier rates: Gauteng delivery is R130 per order. Delivery to all other South African provinces is R200 per order. The applicable rate is shown at checkout from the delivery province entered by the customer.
Free collection in Berario
Customer collection is free from 194 Wyoming Avenue, Berario, Johannesburg.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and arrange a collection time before travelling.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Courier timing depends on the destination and The Courier Guy’s service. A typical estimate may be 2–3 working days after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed and excludes weekends, public holidays and courier delays.
Delivery address
Please provide complete and accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout. Delays or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect information are outside our control.
Receiving your parcel
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If it appears damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.
